I have never dealt with any entity that has had this many technical problems EVER. There are issues every day with logging in to the website.
There are issues with seeing your class information almost daily. There are issues with getting textbooks mailed to you because they are on back order. There are issues with the grading system. By that I mean, you take the quiz and you can't see which questions you got wrong.
So how are you supposed to study for the final exam if you have no idea what you don't actually know? It's pitiful. Then they want you to start a support ticket....good luck getting an answer with that system. If there are issues with the server, then they can't address the support ticket for at least a week or more.
Good luck calling the phone number and actually talking to someone that knows what is going on. From the info I have received, the call center reps will all give you different answers to the same question.
UUUggghh, I'm thinking of just giving up. Just let it be a lesson learned.
