I have an issue with your college # 1 customer service and academic specialist are very rude to me . # When signing up for the school please state that if the program doesn’t work out it’ll have a negative impact on someone’s credit.
#3 in regards to your policy with your refunds , students should only have to pay for the credit that’s earned and not credit that’s transferred in . There should be some type of dispute policy and not a one way cash profit for your school.
