Soon as they pick up they seem to be ghetto and angry. Such a horrible energy they throw out.
One day it costs certain amount then another day its another amount, then in mail was one amount and it just kept happening. Now they have a new portal which deleted all my hard work and apparently I need to start over. I didn't have a laptop for almost 2months so they stated I should've seen the BANNER! Really!
A Banner is how you genuinely communicate with everyone. I'm sure the same way ya can notify ppl for payments or any other notification is the other proper way to notify the students about this new portal which will entail losing all assignment quizzes etc already done. I was at the very end, just needed to send an assignment before I realized everything was different. Not a way to feel good at all when my times limited already!
Furious! Why should I have to redo everything again.

I liked: Professors have been great, Course are fairly easy to manage, Lower cost than other schools.
I didn't like: Customer service, Communication.
